Linda introduces the great Creative Designs Cake Decorating Method in this first video.  Learn how to adapt any electronic cutter to cut gum paste so that you can create beautiful cakes like the ones on this web site.   She shows you how to modify your machine, prepare your mats, and work with gum paste in order to achieve success with this great method that has spread world-wide.

Creative Designs:  Cakes for Children DVD

This second DVD in the Creative Designs series introduces some new techniques like embossing that will help you really expand your possibilities for decorating.  Linda uses cakes made for children to showcase these techniques, but the techniques can be used on cakes for anyone or any occasion.

Start to Finish DVD

This great DVD lets you spend a week in the shop with Linda.  She shares her tips and recipes as she teaches you everything from preparing your pans all the way to carrying a finished cake out the door.  You'll get her recipes for her delicious cake, great frosting, and easy-to-work fondant.  She teaches you tips and tricks learned over many years of cake decorating that will help you bake a nice, level cake, trim your cakes easier, get them frosted, and cover them with fondant.  You'll learn more about decorating, and will pick up some ideas about easier ways to carry your cakes.

The third in the Creative Designs series, this DVD teaches you how to create your own beautiful, unique designs so you aren't limited to cartridges or pre-done images.  Linda takes you step-by-step through the process, taking you from a digital photo, scanned image, or other type of image to an image that is ready to be cut with your electronic cutter.  You'll be able to take invitations, etc and translate them into beautiful, one-of-a-kind decorations for any type of cake or any occasion.
